Shipping & Returns Policy

Order Processing

We aim to process and ship all in-stock items within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Orders placed after 2 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Options and Rates

We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your items arrive safely and on time.

  • Flat-Rate Shipping: $8.50 for all orders under $75

  • Free Shipping: Available for orders of $75 or more

All shipments include tracking. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your carrier’s tracking number from ldsdressesboutique@gmail.com (please check your junk folder).
Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order to avoid delivery issues.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen carrier:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days (after processing)

  • UPS/FedEx: Delivery times depend on service level and destination

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! All items are carefully inspected before shipping.
We accept returns on unwashed, unworn, and unused items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please email us before returning any item to receive instructions or a return label.

Please include your name and order number inside the package.
You may request a return label for a fee of $8.50, which will be deducted from your refund.

If your order was fulfilled by one of our partner warehouses, we may provide a prepaid RMA label as part of your return process.  Unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, the $8.50 return shipping charge applies.

Exchanges

Due to inventory limits across multiple warehouses, we currently do not process direct exchanges.  If you would like a different size or style, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund once received and inspected.
